I Need an advanced wordpress Developer

    This is not a job for wordpress noobs, please read below first.

    I am in need of a competent wordpress developer with excellent PHP & MySQL skills.

    I have a plugin (custom) I need figured out and integrated into a site. The job shouldn't take too long, I just can't understand it myself.
