    I just cant get to advertise it
    As far as copyright issues are concerned
    1.I am not copying any logos or trademarks.
    2.Google itself allows custom search engine and i have the "powered by google" logo in place. So it is completely legal.

    Well, obviously, but I think that's the same with virtually ANY site really. Unless a site already has traffic and revenue coming to it, then you could always make it new yourself. Many people don't simply because of either lack of ability or time, and we all know that time = money.
