I'm going to start a new blog and add adsense. so what is the best site to start a new site?(I haven't a knowledge about HTML,so i like Blogger.com site) what are the best topic of the sites which adsense give highly paying adds? can u give some few examples of those sites(in blogger) which earn lot of money?

If this is your first, you're better off writing a blog about something you know about rather than trying to target a high-paying market. You're going to have to come up with 1-3 articles each day for your blog so it should be something you can write easily. Once you know more about the ins and outs of blogging you can think about starting other kinds of blogs. And then you can do them on your own domain name rather than a blogger one. Good luck
Start with something you're very familiar with, no joke. You'll never get anywhere getting into a niche you don't know anything about. Or else, research and cram as much information as you can about a niche into your brain and you might get somewhere. Take for instance, I love skiing. My first blog was about skiing. Ever since I had that blog open, I've learned tons of new tricks. I'm making $10/day off of one site, and $40/day on another. Patience is a virtue, you gotta remember that. There's my two cents!
Vagabondette is right. For your first site, write about something you like. Keep adding content and don't think about adsense/money. I recommend you get your own domain name + hosting and use WordPress as a blogging platform. Since you don't have money... .blogspot.com should be enough (you should get a domain name - is 7$/year that much?). Keep working on your site and we'll talk in 6 months . I recommend starting another website after at least 1/4 an year.
Blog about something you are interested in. Writing about something your not just because it pays more is not a good idea. I am interested in fitness so thats what I write about - and I never get bored.

Like everyone else says, write/blog about something you KNOW or are passionate about. Blogger is good, but so is Wordpress.com and so is MovableType.com .. You might want to read thru this FREE HTML eBook about how a successful website was started from nothing - you might get an idea or two from it.
Just make a blog about something you like and don't worry about profit, worry about driving traffic to it. You will probably not make much money from your first blog, but you can gain a valuable SEO knowledge.
