Wondering why so cheap? Well, I will tell you a story. When you live in a country where one beer costs less than a dollar, then 10-15$ are still not bad for you for an hour of work. My goal is to have lots of small logos to do, maybe 2 or 3 per day rather than bidding for 500$ logos once per month. Why? Well, I'm still novice, getting better comes with the work, so, the more I work, the better any future logos will be. I always put my heart into the logo as I would put it for a 500$ one, because this might bring the client back to me, and maybe he can tell a friend, who knows? How do we proceed: I work only with full prepaid, where the sum is decided by myself, rarely asking for full 15 unless I see that this is going to be very pretentious and choosy. We have a live chat, and then I start my work and turn back to you at every update. I'm making up to 5 versions of the logo, however I expect people not to bug me all the time for those 5 even if they liked the first one a lot as I might refuse to work with them further. Almost unlimited revisions on the small details such as colors, fonts, crops, tones, position, re-arrangement etc, you know the drill. Feedback from happy customers is welcome, iTrader will be left on every purchase, sometimes willing to give half of the money back if client is already furious of me, we all know that some people can't be satisfied. I got two logos made by icetrax and he is a great guy to work with. He charges a small amount but puts his whole heart into it. Where else can you get a quality logo for $15? I will definitely be working with him again!

Thank you guys for the comments, PM'ed everyone else. I have to say something to any other company that decides to "hire" me as a graphical designer under their strict rules, licenses, copyright stuff, private information and contracts - forget it! I'm a freelancer, remember this word, I love the way freelancers work, the freedom, the working hours, the schedules, the direct communication and chit-chats with clients, and I won't let this way of work go away.
