google already stated that u cannot use any name related to google. u cannot use google brand name in your website as well as in domain name...
Well it was a warning bell for you. Luckily you haven't been banned from google adsense program. Now the only think you can do is to comply with their policies and don't violate their TOS. Best of Luck!!
Orkut is owned by Google Inc.You are using "Orkut" word in your domain name that violates adsense TOS.
I'd say there's copyright infringement in the form of allowing people to download/listen to music without any proper licenses. The "Orkut" thing could be a problem as well.
if you are having high earnings with your present site orkutfunda then i would suggest you to change the domain name immediately to some other and 301 redirect all the urls to the new domain.
Just buy a new domain name. And set up a permanent 301 redirect from your old domain to your new one. Lucky, you weren't banned.
well yeah...you shouldn't place ads on a website like www.googlesucks.com... in your case "Orkut". It's called TradeMark (TM).
I think it is the issue of your domain name which contain word "orkut" i.e google product. So, you can't use adsense on this site. Try other ads network Friend
But, guys, this is not fine at all. Let us say I registered and used myownblogger.com, will they warn me for using adsense on a domain that has the name of a site that they own?? This is not OK. If google continues to buy and build sites, then I guess they need to make them all subdomains from google.com or something.
I don't think myownblogger.com could have any problem since this is generic words. It should be a problem if you registered a domain name with some unique name that Google own. For example, yourgoogle.com, yourorkut.com, etc. That is a copyright infringement without a doubt.
dear friend me also got same warning from google but now also i can see google ads on your site ?? how u did that ?? anyway dont try to modify or change ads displayed on your site ... it may lead to ads disappear from your site ..

It's sad But, no need to worry, you will not loose your traffic with 301 redirect. Remove the line 'OrkutFunda.com is in no way affiliated with Orkut.com' too for safety. Good Luck
