Free Mentoring For CPALead Offered by member Proximity

I can't find the post where member "Proximity" offered a free mentoring for CPALead with a condition of signing up under his affiliate link. I already signed up under him and got approved. Hope he comes back here to go on with the free mentoring he promised.

 

I've found 2 of his threads about mentoring people, but they both required payments rather than signingup under his aff link, how long ago did he start the thread?

 

About three days ago I think that was Saturday... so I waited for about three days to get approved after my application. He told me on PM to tell him when I got approved, so I PMed him. (no response yet)

I'm not the only one who responded, although I was the first. Is it possible that the thread was deleted?

How can we get money from that sites ? Filliing out surveys ?

 

Its a content gateway, something similar to zango, publishers place it on parts of there site, for users to then view that "protected" area, they must complete the offer, earning the publisher a commission.
