    Yes, in fact I bought this domain as a PR3 and after a little I saw that had PR0 after one week PR3 came back , I don't know what to say.
    All the fake pagerank detectors says that is a normal PR3 site now .

    I'm interested in this sale, but I'm worry about this PR, because the domain is only 1 month old, previously was dropped and have had another content before and now have near to zero Google backlinks.
