Bush is a du***ss but the american people voted twice for him. So they like the dude and what he's doing. Period. Mc Cain will just continue the same stupidity. Again, it might be ok for the american people...

I don't think is was a great president, but I don't think he was the worst either, I would lump him in the middle along with Bill Clinton

McCain will be as bad and possibly even worse than Bush 43.

Obama is not going to be much better but for the sake of the world let's hope Obama gets the call.

I would be amazed if the Republicans get another term in office after the last 8 years of disaster but you never know, Diebold is a powerful thing. :p

I found it rather odd how all these "avid" McCain supporters can't even answer this simple question. Is it because they know deep down inside that McCain is really going to be another Bush? He voted with him 90% of the time and even acts like him! Sarah Palin isn't too far off either, however, she's not the main person we're voting into office.

They don't have to be alike to compare them to each other.

I think the US is screwed either way.

Obama and McCain will both vote for this bail out which will be the final nail in the coffin for the US dollar and economy. The bail out is bordering Soviet level socialism. I wouldn't be surprised to see the economy collapse like Russia's did in the early nineties. I doubt you'll see the US introducing 13% flat tax like the Russians did though and the economy will be stagnant for a decade or more.

I think he was a fairly decent president. Its sad how much he has been bashed when he has been no worse then any other president. He is far from the best but also far from the worse.

I don't really see how he could be any worse economically and foreign policy speaking.

National debt is at is worst ever by a large margin and the US has less respect from other countries than any other time in history.

For the final icing on the cake the Bush administration is looking to bail out and even reward some of the biggest crooks and incompetents in history with the mother of all bail out packages.

The Bush Administration are virtually communists economically and imperialistically speaking yet many "conservatives" continue to support them simply because he's a Christian, Anti-Abortion, War Monger, and Faith Based Program promoter.
