what to do

This morning my brother accused me of taking his car keys even though I was not around him the entire day because I was out for a while and on my computer. He cannot find his keys so he starts blaming me and trying t otake my stuff as well. I go out with my friend and when I get back he had taken one of my spare keys and driven off with my car. I am very tempted to call the cops. What do you guys think?

No need to call the cops. Anyways, once he's done with what he wants to do he'll definitely return to your house and you'll have your car back. Then you can explain things to him.

hey dude before you get more bad blood among the family don't go to cops bad idea. Just sit down with him and talk your way out of this. invovle parents if you have to or any mutual friend.

Now when i get in my car he filled up on cas with my money and used it all plus he has taken my drivers liscence and hidden it so i cant drive

So he steals your car, then steals your money to put gas in the car, and then he steals your drivers license as well? Sounds like you and your brother have a solid relationship. First I would try to talk to him about this stuff before going to the cops. If that doesn't work you might want to consider family counseling or something.
