    Well Warez Hosting in the Netherlands can be a bit confusing. Before, hosting used to be pretty safe in The Netherlands, but now you hear of people receiving notices and getting shut down, so it seems that authorities are gaining more power over Warez in The Netherlands...

    We can apply an "At your own risk" policy if you wish to host Warez, in which all complaints will be forwarded to you and you decide whether or not to take care of them.

    I have to say, we have been hosting Warez-Linking and even some Warez Hosting (At your own risk policy) sites etc for a long while now and we have NEVER received any complaints...

    How is our support "rude" and "slow"? I admit on the weekend its slower than in the weekdays, but should be expected, though we do actually provide support on the weekends, but you may receive slight delays in receiving replies...

    May i ask how we are rude? we treat and talk to all of our customers and potential customers with respect, we have never been rude to anyone as we have had no reason to and we wouldnt want to damage our business reputation...

    Could you please let me know of your name and the member of staff that was supposedly "rude" to you? please let me know via PM.

    Im not making any accusations, but i have a slight feeling that you are someone who recently violated our terms of service and tried demanding a refund and started posting threads with false information about us, but as i said its just a feeling and im not making any accusations.

    By the way, do you allow upgrade? What i meant is that when in the future you offer better server and more disk and bandwidth for same or even lower price, can I opt to move to that? Will you move all my files and clients?

    Edward, hope you solve our problem too. We upgraded to 2gb Ram already but still nothing is happening. It was good last month but since the past 48 hours, all we get is database errors. Hope you fix it. Thanks in advance edward..
