Wow I saw the title through the forum and thought this may be a good thing to buy. As I am about to start War. However $2500 is way to much. For a site with little revenue. It does have some good traffic. But you are asking way to much for it.

I didn't feel revenue should be a factor for evaluating the price of the site as I've never spent any time actually trying to monetize it. The owner of killerguides.com just contacted me and I just slapped up some banners without any proper thought.

I priced the site as I did because of:
    • the design
    • the traffic
    • the forum
    • the search engine rankings
    • the fact that posts are indexed incredibly fast
    • the age of the site
I'm not going to hype this up saying this could make millions, but if someone was to buy it, blog consistently (or hire writers) and actually think about how they coukd monetize it I don't see why a nice stream of revenue couldn't be earned.

I've lowered the minimum bid and buy it now price quite significantly.

Also, the site has now made $54.99 in the last 30 days from the banners on the site.
