    The design looks great :), nice efforts put in so far , i would say the design is attractive with such kind of sites, i mean hardware related, troubleshooting etc, But i saw a lack on content on the main page or you can dress it up in some different way .. To what i can think of, this might be a MFA site

    Anyways Good luck for your site and keep it up promoting it and adding new and unique content to it
