-How can I have Adwords ads appear above search results instead of on the right. If this is done by paying a certain amount per click what is that amount?
-Since links are all dofollow by default, how can I change the global setting so I don't have to add the attribute manually each time?
-Does the title attribute for links have any significance?

    Thanks for the help!

The first question - it's a combination of being the highest bidder and having the best quality score. Nobody can tell you how much it would cost, that depends on too many factors that would be individual to your account.

Well also is there a way to change the link setting to be nofollow globally instead of applying the attribute every time? Also does the title attribute for links have any significance?

Keyword Expander can take your list of keywords and make the task of making keyword combinations a breeze. Internet advertising campaigns like Google AdWords work best with more keyword combinations.

Well is there some way to change nofollow globally instead of applying the attribute every time?
Also, Google is indexing random directories in my site that have no index files... so they're just directories with a list of files. How can I stop this from happening?
    Thanks for any help.
