This is a templates site. The income is generated through sales of unique templates for a popular directory script. The buyer of this site will receive all of the templates, the site itself, and the domain name.

Domain is registered through godaddy.com

This is not a "Set it and forget it" site. You will need to do a couple hours per week developing new templates for customers that want a completely custom template. Most sales are simply the canned templates though.

Proof of income, stats, and domain name will be revealed via PM. The owner doesn't want it broadcast.

Escrow.com will be used in this sale, current owner will pay the fees to transfer to you.

The income is set to go much higher, the current owner needs the cash for very personal reasons, so don't ask

Zero advertising has been done, other than a few post here at DP and another forum.

As you can see, this is the opportunity to really start a career online, this site will do close to $2000.00 this month (may) and could easily be a nice work at home job pulling in $10k per month.

You are really pushing it with $15,000, considering that you have a proof of only 2 month of serious income.
But good luck selling it, $15,000 is out of reach for me.

I don't understand. The site has only been up since February? How did it get that much revenue in that length of time? New sites don't even get indexed that quickly! Please advise.
