underperforming vs new site? :confused:

    i just cant understand this.

    i have about 3-5 underperforming sites (1yr old) and getting probably 2k uniques a month as organic traffic and i use adsense in them. i have never promoted these sites and hardly cared about them.

    I am in a situation here whether to put extra effort to improve these sites or use that effort to start another new website (new idea).

    confused:

    should i stick with my existing sites or just discard them?

    Personally I'd probably work on the old sites first. If you're getting that level of traffic with no promotion then tweaking them a bit could really be good.

    But it's also good to work on what interests you as that usually works out better in the long run. So if you really have no interest in your two old sites but are excited about your new idea then do what interests you the most.
