Correct me if i'm wrong, but in the past Mellowhost dont accept youtube like sites on there servers... so this has changed ??

 

i think they have a limit on the cpu time and memory you can use. if the youtube-like site will not bring the whole server down then no problem at all. This is a shared server and you cant risk other sites just because of one site monopolizing cpu time and memory

I agree one cant risk other sites on a shared server if one youtube kinda site is taken all resources... but hey if you accept youtube sites on your server these things will happend, if the rules arent clear enough. So Mellowhost howmany resources can we use?

 

Hello, i checked my account and im a bit confused. According to WHM, the hard drive is only 96G and is already 78% utilized, leaving only 21Gb. Can you clarify this? Thanks

It simply because the server is using Hardware RAID. It has two 1 TB hard drive in parallel, while around 900 GB Space is parallely in Hardware raid and the rest 100 GB is for consoling.
