After a quick glance here are a couple of things.

    1. You should set a meta description on every page that contains your keywords
    2. Some of your pages have noindex, follow on them (if you want them indexed you need to remove the noindex).
    3. You need to build some links back to your site with your keywords in the anchor text.

    1. Check on your content, try to use high density of the keyword you aiming.
2 Subimit your article to social bookmarking
    3. Submit your URL to directory and search engine
    4. Promote in forum
    5. leave comment on blog/website with same niche

Then you will get tons of traffic if you do it well

View the source code of every page and look for "meta" which looks something like this - <meta name="robots" content="noindex, follow" />. By the way, I got this from one of your pages.

I would recommend you to first consider changing to a more brandable URL.

You might want to consider things like article marketing, social media, blogging etc. Create content of good value and people will naturally send you traffic.

Also one small comment, you should use Anchor Text in your signature link instead of whole URL.

Change this <meta name="robots" content="noindex, follow" /> to <meta name="robots" content="index, follow" /> or even simpler just delete that particular meta. By default search engine crawlers take it to be indexable and to be followed.

A much better way of doing in will be via Google webmaster tool if you have registered and verified your website there.

    1) Who is your target audience
    2) Why do you want more traffic? If your content was more interesting (i.e. 17 ways to avoid being ripped off by credit card companies/ the 100 greatest credit card designs etc.) you could submit to StumbleUpon, Digg, Propeller etc.. but you won’t get many clicks on your Google ads. So do you want more traffic or more targeted traffic?
    3) A good tip I saw recently was to create a resource for your topic that is better than the existing wikipedia page, then look for sites that already link to the wikipedia page and show them your page and ask them to link to it. Could you make a better resource than this page: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Credit_card ?
    4) Look at how you can be creative you’re your content. A quick search shows this site: http://www.yourcreditadvisor.com/blog/2007/08/10_dream_credit.html It looks at “dream credit cards” for firefox/digg/google etc. It will get people to look at it who are interested in those sites rather than just people searching for credit cards.
    5) Credit cards are very competitive keyword terms. What are you doing to become the authority or resource so that people want to visit your site?

To start searching for your business credit card select a card type, reward type or card issuers from the menu on the left.

    http://smallbusinesscreditcardsinfo.com/about-us/

This is from your site. There is no menu on the left.

Why not do a rating of lots of different credit cards and put them in a table (show interest rates etc). Heavily promote that page and keep it regularly updated so that if small business owners do need some info, it is all in one handy table.

If you want to have good traffic going to your site, you should first perform keyword research before jumping into anything else. Once you have done that and set your target on which keyword to aim for, then work on building backlinks (using anchor text) and adding related content in order to rank well in search results. It's a slow and demanding process and it takes a lot of effort to achieve the results.
