Both the background color and the links color are very dim, you must make one of them little darker for a color combination. You can replace Premium Bidding Directory with a nice banner, logo. The site looks neat and not that crowded making it easy to navigate. You may work more on the desining part to make it feel attractive. Good Luck
The overall layout and design looks good, however, the color scheme could be improved, the site would look better if there was more of a contrast between the colors on the page. You should also get a professional logo.
