    On sri's proxy, takes ~30sec to see anything when I'm loading myspace.com, so quite slow.

    Definitely slower than the host that I'm currently hosting on.

    Well... my website just got suspended without a notice.
    I've submitted a ticket with the urgency to high,
    and still haven't recieved any message from you guys in the last 15+ hours.

    Well, Is it still possible for me to get a backup? and my money back? i paid for 3 months and got less then a month.

    ffs, its been 2 days, haven't recieved any message from them yet.
    submitted 2 tickets, urgency set to high, and they still ignore my tickets!
    DAMN I paid for 3 months and got less then 1... the prob is, i haven't made a backup...
    anyone have any suggestions for me?

    Hagio host sucks, i submitted support tickets for almost a month now because they suspend my account due to "non-payment" where they deducted my paypal every month. I'm using "Proxy HII". This happen for two months. Please refund my two month payment

    They claim to respond to tickets within 24 hours but are ignoring mine, the customer support sucks ass. :mad:
