    Hey there everyone!
    I have a couple of questions to ask. Basically, My (web)partner and I own a network of soccer player websites. We have set each one up using wordpress. However, it is not a normal wordpress site. Please check http://tinyurl.com/5za42a - as in we are not constantly posting news. We are planning on writing a Biography, Profile, Introduction to each player in our network. Is this enough content to get high in google? Or do we require it to be changed to a normal wordpress blog, as in we post news every so often.

    ANY help would be really great!!

    Thats fine, the content should be unique and informative; it should also inter-link to other articles on your site. You'll also need to properly build backlinks to your site.

    Content and links are two building blocks of the World Wide Web. Having good content without links would mean that your content is extremely difficult to find. Having no would mean your links are worthless as you would not be able to link it to non existent content. Have a good blend of these too, add other ingredients on SEO, and you would have for yourself, a perfect SEO curry.

    Have you check the amount of traffic searched, for that particular player? If the volume is high, probably you have better chances of getting good traffic even though you specifically focus only on one player.
