    Revenue: yes (even if the web directory is free) because I sold listings as part of bulk directory submissions

    Reason for selling: no time to manage it anymore

    The only condition is that all active listings must remain intact.

    Shows valid for me at checkpagerank.net and domainpagerank.com, along with decent backlinks and Alexa,
    which page rank checker did you use? I like to use several to be sure.

    Of course it has valid PR3.

    I think $75 for starting bid is bargain since directory is 3 years old and did/can bring revenue.

    I will add more 48 hours to this auction since no bid received yet.

    Page rank seems to be fake and it has zero backlinks.. Why?

    People who use alexa to make judements on a sites are idiots. I am interesteed but need some proof

    There are almost 3 years since this website is a directory.

    The domain was registered a little time before I made it a directory and it was never used.
