In general when you submit your link, keep in mind:

URL: Start with http://www.

Title: Start each word with capital letter.

Description: Not less than 10 words and no spammy keywods description, use correct english and grammatical words, dont make all words in capital letters

Category: choose the most appropiate catagory.

Please include meta keywords and meta description.

 

Are the meta keywords and meta description required? I don't like inputing these 2 fields.

Here's the deal. I submitted some sites to your directory. Not one got approved. Ok, I go to the rules page (http://www.arabule.com/rules.php), and it says your rules are:

That's it - nothing else.

 

Actually i changed the temaplate of the directory and i need to add the Submission Rules again, but still i always posted the basic rules in forums, as you can check my previous posts in this thread.

Make sure to follow the submision guide or rules provided in my previous post and your website will get accepted and you can insure that by pm-ing me the links you have submitted.

Most submitted websites get deleted becuase they simply don't submit to the apporpiate category or subcategory, title is not uniqe or title is site url instead of being a title, description is a keyword spam or description has nothing to do with the site content which have been submitted, or inappropiate capitalization.

I simply don't have time to modify or edit any link as i get many submission per day and i have other things to do than correcting people submission, i only review and then accept or reject.

 

I won't debate whether I followed your rules or not. I own a directory and generally get few denials. I normally do not get too bothered when one of my submissions gets denied, because it does happen. But when it happens for reasons outside of my control, then I take issue with that.

Looking at your latest links, I can see that very few listings were approved recently. In fact, I see less then ten in a day. Like I said, I own a directory and run a directory list. I kinda have an idea when a directory owner just mass deletes submissions.

It's your directory, and how you run it is your business. But for the sake of reputation, you may want to require a reciprocal link if you don't have editors or the time to review submissions...

 

Ok, let me make this clear for all submitters, everyone can submit to the directory, but not everyone get listed becuase of the fact that if the infomation you provided about your website is not corect, or its spammy or what i said in my previous post then i dont accept.

And i will let you all know how i review the links:

Title:
1. Any title which doesn't begin with a capital letter of each word, website get rejected.
2. If it contain the the url, it get deleted, website get rejected.
3. If it has nothing to do with the site content, website get rejected.
4. If its too long and keywords spam or description spam, it get rejected.

Description:
1. If it has unappropriate CAPITALIZATION, it get rejected.
2. If its keywords spam, it get rejected.
3. If its too short, it get rejected.
4. If it has the website url, it get rejected.
5. If it has nothing to do with web site content, it get rejected.

* Deep Links always get rejected.

After i delete these kind of submissions, i review manually the rest of the submission.

 

Most of the submitted links were reviewed, thanks for your submissions.
