Replace links with regex

    In the text file, there's some links like this <a href="http://www.domain.com/link1.html">, <a href="/link1.html">, <a href="link2.html">.
    How to replace all links to <a href="http://www.domain.com/link1.html">, <a href="http://www.domain.com/link2.html">, <a href="http://www.domain.com/link3.html"> using regex ?

    How to preg_replace link like this :
    <a href="http://www.domain.com/link1.html">
    <a href="/link1.html">
    <a href="link2.html">

    to
    <a href="http://www.domain.com/link1.html">
    <a href="http://www.domain.com/link2.html">
    <a href="http://www.domain.com/link3.html">
    from a string parsed from a webpage.
