The number 1 problem with very little conversions is that the site doesn't set up the visitor to take action in a way that is meaningful, directing and started with some decent context, perspective and credibility. Most sites are cluttered without proper calls to action and people wander off into different directions without being properly told what to do in a way that is relevant to them and answers their unwritten/unspoken questions... "WIIFM" and why should I buy from you vs your competition? Have you ever noticed that 95% of ecommerce websites are all about the product and very little about the company. Before people buy your product, they need to buy you first, your company second and then your product...if you've convinced them that it is worth their time, effort and money to do so. durango
