When the auction ends, Sedo will contact you to say they have invoiced the auction winner for payment. Once the auction winner pays, Sedo give you instructions for how to transfer the domain to the winner. When the transfer is complete, Sedo send you payment of the auction end price minus their commission.

Yes it's very easy but sometimes can take a long time to complete depending on when the buyer transfers funds. Even when they transfer immediately it can sometimes take quite some time to get your payment from Sedo. I sold a domain recently and the buyer paid Sedo within a day, and I did all the push stuff, etc., got the email from Sedo saying everything was in order, and it still took almost 3 weeks after that to get the payment. Just be prepared to wait.
