The site looks nice One thing I want to say about your menu. You got blue text (with wite contur) on a blue background. That is not a very good choice from a designer point of view. There is no contrast. Good work and polish it nicely!
Website doesn't look professional. Menu is annoying. It isn't good to popup login message through javascript alert because it annoys visitors. However, good effort.

I think you should get a different theme for the site and it would be great if you put some text on the first page explaining how the site works.
