I'm looking for a Wordpress theme that looks like this: http://www.pallian.com/ I know a little PHP and I'm decent with CSS so if I have a starting point I can mod it how I like it, I just don't know how to do it from scratch.
Just take a theme similar to it from various free wp themes sites available, and then do the mod work. Can design it very fast and cheap for you.
Wow! that theme is great but that's custom theme so you cannot get it. How about E-mailing a webmaster to get it? But I don't think they'll give you that theme. I could help you to create similar theme but BUSY THESE DAYS.

Its a nice one but there are many better ones out there, they are not free but much better out there, you may like to google on wpfreemium theme or free premium wordpress theme and you will get decent looking themes there
Yea, that theme looks pretty nice but it is very minimalist. It shouldn't be hard to recreate. Just try to find one that is similar on the Wordpress themes site: http://wordpress.org/extend/themes/
It's custom, but TBH it's not that great. You could probably find really similar themes all over the internet.
The best Wordpress Theme generator is Artisteer (search on Google). You should be able to create such design if you set all primary colors to white and don't use any effects like borders, glares, gradients, etc.
the theme looks very similar to something you might find on the smashing magazine site.. i'd check them out and find something similar to the one used on the link provided and tweak it to the point that you like it for your own... that is prolly your best bet if you want something that is a custom design...
waaaay too white...... Someone made that one. There's not much to it really lol, check out some good wordpress articles and try to skin one for yourself. It's easier than you think ;}
