I can provide proof of all stats, revenue comes from eBay partner network, Amazon associates, Adsense, Widgetbucks and sponsorships. You're also getting large catalog of unique content and strong press/media ties, a well aged domain name (PR3) that does extremely well in the search engines. Heavy organic traffic. Social media traffic is banned - that's a good thing. A good month brings $500 or more, a low is in the $200 range. More than 10,000 backlinks, receives a score of 97 on Hubspot's scale, heavily indexed and well ranked in Google and Google Image Search, which as most of you know if something of an accomplishment.

Roughly $4000 / year in revenue. That is a conservative estimate and a proper analysis can be completed for truly serious buyers. It receives between 20 and 80,000 unique visitors per month.

It requires very little maintenance to keep running (one or two good articles a month can be just fine) and traffic is not reliant on new material.

Expenses are minimal, I'm paying somewhere in the neighborhood of $10 per month to Medialayer for hosting and I haven't done any paid advertisements in some time.

I'll be totally honest - there hasn't been a death in my family, or a dramatic change in my life: I'm looking to sell because I have my eye on a new car and I'd like to pay in cash.

I am interested in reasonable offers. I know there is value in the site and I'm not "desperate" to sell, so I'm not going to listen to crazy offers. But don't let me scare you off from throwing numbers out there, the worst I can say is no I will not take any sort of payments. Please arrange financing before contacting me.

That is true I'm looking for something in the range of $3500 to $4500, depending on the buyer (how they are paying, terms of sale and so fourth) but I am willing to hear anyone's offers.

 

Could you post 12 months traffic and revenue?

Whats the daily/weekly/monthly upkeep required?
