    My opinions:
    Well link Building cannot get you lots of traffic because the links which you get are either on directories or on websites which for sure wont be placed in high traffic area, all links will be in footer area.
    This service can get you backlinks in related websites, which can help you in boosting your websites / blog's Page rank.
