I feel clickbank payment processing is still down. Weird stats lately.

Since the last 48 hrs ive been only getting sales from pay pal and not a single credit card. Normally i get many sales but now they are almost 25% of what they used to be so maybe their credit card processing system still has issues.

Has anyone here had a sale from a credit card in the last 48 hrs or is it just me?

 

I've had sales through all payment methods in the last 24 hours, but sales have sucked bigtime. I thought perhaps yesterday slow sales was due to 9/11 however it looks like today is a slow start as well.

 

Hmm, I guess then it's only me with the payment thing. And yes I agree that slow sales might be due to 9/11.

 

I too went for about 48 with only paypal sales, but just an hour ago, I got a master and a visa, at the exact same time. Hopefully things are fixed now.

 

I am sure there has been a major issue at Clickbank. My last commission sales went through on the 31st August and then absolutely nothing despite my hop count being above normal. I am damn glad i am not spending on PPC to drive tarffic through to my CB landing pages.

Anyone got any other info?

 

agree - Last 48 hours have not been very impressive.

However, it is making me work harder!

 

I actually stopped ALL ppc campaigns for clickbank products and really don't know if I will ever restart them. Clickbank is really getting very annoying with their lack of credibility and so many sub-par products on there it is getting hard to pick stuff to sell.

 

I think the slowdown in sales is also because everyone is back at work and school, and busier with their everyday lives. Sure CB had an outage, but don't blame 100% of your lack of sales since Sept 1st to be because of CB system glitches.

 

I stopped PPC promotions - because I was showing conversions through Yahoo - and nothing on clickbank. and yes the yahoo tracking was working previous. Clickbank pisses me off, and they need to raise the quality of their products.

 

If that were the case, then maybe I would notice a slow down in traffic, if there is less interest... But no, days that give me the most traffic that should net 5-10 sales, I end up with maybe 1-3. Then I hit huge spike days where it does give me those 5-10 sales, then boom back down to 1-3 with more traffic, not less.

Why would my 3 day rebill get delayed by 6 days?????

Yes,they still need to improve,but there are many other networks too,u can always join and promote them.

I think it is combination of technical issues with Clickbank and a general slowing of the economy - meaning people have less to spend on unnecessary items. I am seeing it not just on ClickBank but other affiliate networks I use. Same traffic but signups are lower than average. Maybe it is just a lull..

It is and always has been clickbank! I've run one campaign for over a year and a half via pay per click! Every time clickbank does an update or changes somthing Sales suck for about a week or two. I can literally look through my sales trends and see when clickbank made updates! My advice would be to pause your ppc campaigns for a few days then bring them back on a small scale until your sure everything is working fine! Also, as someone else mentioned, diversify your promotions to other affiliate networks so your not crushed when clickbank performs these updates! thanks, carnano

 

People jump far too quickly to assume that there is some reporting issue in ClickBank, probability is a tool not a decree

By the way, this time there are issues. Sales were down by 80% today + over the last 2 days I have received more then 1 email from "would be" customers saying:

"Sir,

I cant order the ebook from your website, after filling my card details and click pay it will always show

Unable to process your order at this time (0)

what could be the problem bcos i have used two different cards and i got the same reply.
Please reply asap bcos i need the book"

Other customers have tried multiple times using various cards.

So if your sales are low don't panic too much as I am sure they will come back to normal soon
