    i need some help from you. actually i have a travel site ,its pr is 2, and its goole ranking is 16, i have tried directories, articles, forums,blogs,rss, what else should i do to increase the ranking of my site in google.com.

    It appears that the greatest method to increase your ranking is to have a lot of high quality back links...which means your site needs to be linked to from other popular websites.

    Make sure the keyword phrase is in the backlink anchor text.

    in order to rank high in serps you need backlinks with anchor text related to your keyword. A good way to get these back links is by posting the link in your sig and posting on forums
