    Seems like its a paid avatar or friendly support for Seobum.com.
    Seobum.com is owned by Mikey and Aaron Nimocks. (Ref here)

    Another instance when few (quite a few indeed) members had similar unpaid avatar was under Bender Cult :D

    These are PAID Avatars, Mikey bought many members avatars (Thread)

    and As Arpit said, a Bender Cult Clan was gonna take over DP, But fortunately they didn't (I weren't here that time)

    Mikey bought quite a lot of avatars to promote seobum, I assume most of the avatars were paid, but some will be out of support.

    In simple words its called 'Advertising' :D You can find so many similar avatars here as people use avatar spots for advertising their product,services,forums etc. Thats really good technique for marketing IMO.
