    The OP wants the person to pm him if the person is interested. This way, he will pm back the person with full details about his service, the payment mode , price etc.

    He's quoted a guy whos asked him for more details though, and replied to this guy by asking him to pm him for more details, price etc.

    He wants the 'interested' to quote him the price at which he wants to buy.
    The OP doesn't want to specify a price because he might be thinking the person could pay him more.

    It happens with me too. Sometimes i don't mention the price while selling articles. I might be thinking of selling an article for $10, but then i find the user wishing to buy it for $20.
    So, thats why people don't quote their own prices sometimes.
