    Hello,

I am posting this thread today to ask you kindly if you know any site that still buy e-gold.

I have some e-gold available and I want to sell it, I searched around the web for exchangers but it seems that they all become scammers!

I need a service that buy egold for wire transfer or even paypal.

    Thanks in advance.

I have been looking as well, since I have a sum in e-gold.
I was told to try GoldNow.st by LondonGoldExchange.com, since they are not doing e-gold any longer and neither is omnipay. I am not real comfortable with GoldNow.st, as there were several "scam" articles on Google search. There fee was 10%. Many of the others I found were 45 to 75%! Outrageous.

I found another, EuroGoldSales.com and they charge 15%. Still steep, but better than the others at 45 to 75%.
Liberty Reserve has a list: http://www.libertyreserve.com/en/exchangers/
and there is also a list here: http://www.gdcaonline.org/ They list the known fraudulent exchanges, and have ratings on the others. You just have to check the fees for them, as many are outrageous!

I haven't found anything bad on EuroGoldSales.com, so I will most likely use them. Maybe a small amount at first.
I'll let you know how it goes. If you find a better one, post it here by all means.

FBIAgent, what is very bad? Do you have specific information on one of the exchangers mentioned? If you have info on one or more, it would be helpful to share.

Or are you just trying to run your post count up?

I still can't find anything bad on EuroGoldSales.com. I think I'll give them a try. 15% is a lot, but I don't want to pay 45% or risk losing my e-gold funds. I'll report back when I have done the transaction.

adrianzak, I have sent an email to eurogoldsales.com to have the exact fees and wire transfer cost. I'll let you know what they say. I held off exchanging in hopes that gold prices might go back up a bit.

Also, someone PM'd me about buying my e-gold, and then I got another PM from same user account that their DP account had been hacked, and not to complete any deals. I think the only way I would do a trade like that would be to use escrow.com (if they even do those kind of transactions). Just an FYI in case you get a PM offer to buy your e-gold.

OK, here's the word from EuroGoldSales. They have too much gold, so they charge 300%. (Yes, 300, not 30)
So basically it means that they are not buying e-gold. Neither is anyone else that is reputable unless you want to pay 40 to 50%.

EuroGoldSales says e-gold will be back in action soon, as they get their required licenses. Gold is so low now, I guess I am just going to wait and hope for the best.

I got another PM from someone who wanted to buy all of mine using PayPal. Yeah right...needless to say I said no way on PayPal. Escrow.com does not allow currency trading. Moneybookers didn't seem to be specific on it, so it might be an option if someone used mass pay, or funds in account, and not funded by credit card.

If I find any exchanger that is reputable and has fair commission fees, I'll let you know. Likewise, if you find someone, please let me know.
