I don't get it, is it supposed to be a store or an information site?

Can you post some traffic/income screenshots? What price are you looking for and what is your reserve?

 

It's a store. It can be change a little to suit whatever location. You will notice there is a good links directory at PR4 and nearly every page two-levels from this page is at PR2.

At present, not much traffic or income (not enough to report) but I have done the ground work in building this site up. Stats are easily obtained online.

It will be up to the new owner to take it from there. I won't be posting the price or reserve. If you are interested then you can PM me a price.

 

I have received offers but no real ones as yet. Don't be scared now. This site can be very good if you want traffic. Trust me, I have a similar site running for 2 years now and it is bringing in good money.

I don't think it is, considering how much work I have put in to it. This site is hand built with a hand built directory. You don't get many sites like that anymore. Everyone seems to be using software to build them. And it shows. You can tell the clones apart from hand built sites. That's why this site went to PR4 quickly. because Google can telll the difference.

Yes, but that's not important. What is important is the amount of links pointing to the home page from other sites. I have set up a heap of one way and triangular links. You can check this by doing a backlinks check on Google, MSN and Yahoo.

I think the problem is that the site is worth more to you (because of your time and effort) than it is to anyone else. It wouldn't be too hard to put together a site like that, if anything the hand made directory would be a drawback to me as it'll be a pain to update in future.
If I were you I'd develop the site as I don't think you'll get too close to your asking price.

 

I would go as high as $100.00 since there's a lot more work to be done to the site.

 

I have already had offers for $250. Sorry $100 is way too low.

In all honesty, this website is not worth more than $60-$70, if that. It has no content and wortheless domain name.
I can make a website like that in 30 min, and get to PR 4 with 2 links. It's not even aged domain name.
What a waste of money...

 

Hehe...I thought it looked pretty crappy myself, but didn't want to say anything since I can't do better myself. However, I have built canned websites using templates that were more professional looking. Just MHO.
