I am interested in promoting a tattoo related site. Please send me your promotion ability, price, and a guaranteed timeline for completion. For example: "I have 15,000 friends on Myspace, many of which have tattoos, and I'll charge $10.00 for a bulletin which I will do in 48 hours." Something along those lines. I'm open to nearly anything that isn't total spam and that will have some real potential for sending visitors.
