Hello Everyone, I am about to launch a large network of websites (12) and I am looking to employ someone to look after the websites, do day to day maintenance, and also help to install the websites onto our server. I run a company offline and so my time is limited for running my new online company, therefore I need someone who can be online regularly (up to 8 hours a day) and who is fluent in English and has MSN. Generally, we are looking for someone who is either from the UK or US, and online regularly. Initially there will be a tester period where we will pay you $5 an hour to do the jobs we need done, after a month we will raise the pay accordingly. For the first month your main jobs will be: Coding our psd designs, Script installation, promotion, sales, server management, marketing and customer enquiries. Hi Jonathan I'm in NZ and the charge out rate for that kind of work is US$75 (from a fulltime, professional IT person). Will the pay be raised to those kind of levels - or are you looking for a student?

To be honest, we would be wasting money if we started paying someone that much, the main role of the manager once the sites are up and running is to answer customer emails and make sure everything is running smoothly, in an hour you may only receive 3-4 emails, and paying you $75 an hour to answer 3-4 emails wouldn't be clever Can I also emphasis again that we are looking for people from the UK or US, and maybe Australia Thanks guys
well mate i live in pakistan. I am quite fluent in english and have msn. I can't be online for 8 hours if if you need someone for email answering than i am upto the task.

just an opinion working at burger king would get me more thn 5$ an hour since min wage is 8$ something. Just asking though what will the pay be after a tester period
Yes, but burger king is full time work, whereas this job will require you to work about 10-15 minutes an hour after our launch! So your getting paid $5 for 15 minutes work. Pay will rise considerably after the tester period although we are not sure about an exact number Thanks

Well to be honest, I can do each specified thing (plus many) apart from psd customization. I can work for 10 hours for day. I live in Asia, but as you have mentioned, you are open for offers from all interested, consider me also.
