    I'll pay 24x for your site. Minimum. If it meets the below requirements.

    Minimum earnings: $800+ per month. It has to be a content site with a lot of original, text content.

    What multiple is a site worth? Numerous discussions on DP quote anything from 6 months to 600 months. Realistic figures from sites I've actually seen selling here are more like 10-15 months worth of earnings.

    I'll pay 24x net earnings for sites that meet my requirements. I don't want turnkey, proxies, lyrics, ringtone, myspace related, file hosting, P2P file sharing, funny videos, free TV, arcades, games, celeb, recipes, hosting, photoshop related or forums.

    I do like sites related to health, technology, cars, kids, software, computers, business, women, education and many others.

    Your site will have a lot of unique text content, at least one year's proof of earnings, and not require a lot of time to manage / update / promote.

    Budget is $50K. No, really. Anyone who has the slightest doubt that $50K is small change for me, send me a PM and I can show you hundreds of thousands of dollars in recent escrow transactions. Escrow.com even know me personally from the volume of large transactions I've done with them and before you agree any firm deal you can check me out by phoning them. If we do a deal in the next few days, I don't even need to transfer money to them - I have a large balance sitting in my escrow.com account. This is a serious offer from a serious buyer.

    I have this site .. www.soccerglobe.net.

    Its Listed on Newsnow. And even if the site is updated daily with just 4 articles you will receive 2000+ UVs. revenue is about $20 a day.

    Can show proof for everything. Not really keen to sell it but will surely sell if you table a good offer.

    Site also on 2nd page Google, 1st page yahoo and msn for term "latest soccer news".

    I'm happy for the mods to investigate it, trace IPs etc. That someone has copied some text from a post I made many months ago is not proof of anything. He asked my permission.
