The design and the ad placement could be better.

1. You should get a different theme for the site.

2. You should get a professional logo for the site.

3. The 2 adsense ads at the top of the page are occupying too much space on the page.
Those ads do not look good with the theme of your site you should use ads with different
dimensions.

 

The first thing i saw were the ads....they ticked me off.....

Keep them off your site till you build up decent traffic and then put ads.....

Also get a favicon!

In addition to my previous post, a good logo is really needed.....

 

I think you should do some changes to your header. Make it a lot cooler then this.
Also I would put the advertisement differently. It's not to much.. but you should have the img uploader script in focus and the banners integrated.

You can easily scare away users with this kind of advertisement..

Just my tips.

Does it cost much server bills to host a img hosting website?

 

I like the page.

Your Welcome to... line should be centered, bigger, and bold. (it tells me why am I here right?)

When I setup fonts I always sell to the lowest common denominator;
And that is to someone who is practically blind or old. That way I don't leave anyone out. Its a turn off when you cant read it!

From a usability standpoint, way to much focus has been put on the ads, and monetizing the site. I'd say you'd build a much greater following with a simpler interface that is easier to access (rather than shoved to the bottom of the page).

theme color is good... header can be differentiated ... give translucent like button to tabs..
rest all is fine
