As far I realized, my english is not fancy unlike many other bloggers, and I think that presenting something in a more fancy language draws more readers, isn't it? What is your idea? What should I do ?
Any recommendations are more than wellcome.

Keep It Simple is the mantra! See, if your readers have to keep searching the dictionary to decipher your "fancy" write-ups, they will never show up again. Keep then involved and make them feel at home- this is the first step towards being a "read about" author
    Regards,

Yo brother. You can use any damned style in the world and keep it useful and fun for the peeps. Try to use ya style to the optimum than tryin to ape someone else's. Not all reader bro's wanna see sumthin fancy - some just want simple, direct info while otherz want humor and so on. Whatever ya write, ye'll have readers if ya do it good.

You get what i mean ? You up for some snazzy jazzy bloggin in yer unique style?

[P.S If you don't understand, you've only got yourself to blame. :D]

Think about the audience you're targeting. Would they respond well to fancy language?

Fancy language is not always the basic of a good blog. You should write informative articles dedicated to your target audience which will make them return repetitively to your blog.
No alternative to informative, error free write ups.

See this recent thread - http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=1008292 I think the consensus around here is that interesting and well-expressed content is what draws people in - not perfect English. As long as your writing is comprehensible, no-one's going to mind the odd slip. Blog writing is usually fairly informal anyway.

Don't get fancy with the spices.

In journalism school, the first thing we're taught is to write at a 6th grade level.

This is foolproof when dealing with a general audience.

I can write an interesting article that will outshine many without using one "big" word. And so can you.

I don't see the need to use 'fancy' language or longer (big) words in mosts types of niches, unless it is some terminology that your readers can link or connect to. Perhaps if you're doing a more sophisticated blog, than more range in your vocab and having 'fancy' words in your locker would be reccomended. Also, think about your target audience/market, are they of the very highly educated class in which they can connect to this fancy language? Or is it your average internet user who'll prefer reading something much less complicated?

One of the best bits of advice I ever received on writing was - "Write to express, not to impress."

You can do both if you do it properly and if you can, that's much better. :D

Honestly, the biggest problem that people run into is that they try to get too cute. Get the information out there, make sure it sounds good, and keep it simple. That's my advice.
