I've tried Google, but nothing for my niche, no site with authority! Can anyone help, it's industrial computing.

How do I find sites so I can get a high quality backlink.

My favorite technique to finding good links is to check the backlinks of any websites ranking better than me. A lot of the time it is quite easy to copy some of their links.

For your niche, you should be looking at getting any kind of computing link. The linking website doesn't have to be specifically about industrial computing to help your rankings.

You don't always need links from the absolutely best websites. Sometimes enough links from other quality websites works just as well.

Look for sites that are related to industrial computing. What industries do you target? What other types of computing are out there? Take some time thinking about it and you'll find sites that compliment yours or where you can compliment theirs.

If you really want to find good quality directory with PR than find them manually on search engines. I have started from this way. Now when i have finished most of them than have started to submit links in directories and sites with lower PR.

Checked DMOZ it's a waste of F***ing time, submitted it twice, not listed (6 months ago - even offered to be volunteer editor...NOTHING)...probably because I havent given a bung to the editor.
