    The site looks nice and clean and easy to navigate, the overall layout and design is good,
    the ad placement and the color scheme is good, the site looks great.

    Looks very attractive - well laid out. I'd consider reducing/eliminating ads while you build up the content and user base - you won't be losing much while the traffic is building and the early users will be less distracted and will help you build the content
