You can read at your own speed.
    Your english is very good.
You have all the hard work already done.
Just a bit of refinement required.

I had that problem before. What I did was, I watched movies that I like - (English movies of course.) - Watching films which wont catch your attention is "useless".

Then I read books. And from then on, I started writing articles about myself.

One thing more. Do an oral "english" conversation with your friends. It is the best way on how you will enhance your english proficiency. I hope I was able to help you in this one.

Go to an Irish PUB and grab a few cold ones. Your grammar will be of exceptional quality and maybe you'll even invent a brand new language with your buddies.

Seriously, just read some books and newspapers. Accompany that with a dictionary, a movie now and then and some online chat and you'll be fine.

Aside from watching movies, try also to read some English books. This will also help improve your grammar.

There are a lot of people who are not a native speaker of English. Even I am not a native English speaker. Improving English grammar is not an easy task. Read English Books, Online newspapers, writing articles are some of the ways of improving your English Grammar. But remember that you have to learn and understand the English Language first and then you can easily improve your English. Language comes first and than grammar. Remember it.

Enroll in my English class, and learn how to write English so well that no one will suspect you're a scammer from Syria!

(No offense to people living in Syria :D)
