    For me global interactive has always earned close to twice as much. Not sure why some still report issues with abrite as it reporting earnings for me.

    1 MB
    'max_file_size' => 1048576
    5 MB
    'max_file_size' => 5242880
    10MB

    Well I just uploaded my first proxy. I am running glype.

    The proxy worked fine at first, but now when I type a site address into the proxy bar and hit the Go button, I get stuck at gonow1.com/includes/process.php?action=update. The site never loads in my proxified page.

    Any ideas on what may be causing this?

    at www.proxydesigner.net you can design your proxysite online...
    You even can add your google pub for the frontpage and put in the code such as adbrite or adversal for the proxified pages...

    You just have to fill in a form and the site is made online.
    You can download in zip the whole site...
    You just have to unzip and upload to your hosting.

    You can choose between 3 templates...

    And most of all its free...

    You also can publish you proxysite at www.surfitproxy.com

    And for hosting ... go and check the linux plans www.sublimastar.com
    If you accept a hosting plan from SublimaStar we can do the proxydesigner job for you!!

    Copy and paste from my own (old ish - used it untill my adbrite ban) phproxy so i know it works.

    Careful with any uneeded whitespace and tabbing in that example though

    Yeah, this is a problem with the template...
    Change your template mate, normally it should work :)
    Don't know how to solve it, since I use phproxy now for all my proxies

    Also i am not sure why every one is moaning about adbrite not working, has no one emailed adbrite instead of repeating the questions over and over here?

    Its starting to frustrate me that no one is even bothering to read the last few replies before asking the same question someone else asked a page ago

    Out of all the proxy types (CGI, PHProxy, Glype), which gives less bandwidth stress on a server?

    • CGI is fast but is a CPU bomb ... some hostings don't allow CGI proxy'x
    • PHPproxy is OK ... in between but not supported anymore and development has stoped
    • Glype seems to be the best but the last stable version doesn't run on windowshosting ... the new version (still in Beta) is running on windowshosting

    I take it you have blocked all the green ads and crap paying ads also in the adbrite userpanel

    Also change the description and use another adbrite setup ( not using the security / network category ) - works for me

    Very interesting to watch traffic over the last couple of weeks. Not only is my weekday traffic up,which is most likely due to school in session, but so is my weekEND traffic. Some of my proxies that have been dormant all summer are now making money again. This even though they are over a year old and most likely blocked in most places - go figure! I was debating on even renewing the domains. It seems like any given proxy of mine will venture in and out of traffic with no effort or manipulation on my part once the initial promotion is done. I've got a couple that have been at like 300 uniques for

    Gotta love this niche :)
