Interesting way to break TOS

    This site here is interesting:

    http://www.cheatatshopping.com/index.html

Watch the link unit in the upper left, where the "Ads By Google" magically disappears. If you miss it click 'Refresh'. Ironic how a site about cheating is actually cheating.

    Wow.. nice one...

How will they even get reported given that the means to do that is the very thing they are hiding?

Slick, but a pain for those of us that DO play by the rules. TOS breakers only make life harder for us in the long run.

Oh, I see. He's using the time clock javascript to overlap the "Ads by Google" label. If he gets caught, he can just say, "What? i didn't know it would do that!" Brilliant! LOL.

Plus the fact that there is a 'movement' in that corner draws your eyes there!

He's advertising on Adwords also to drive traffic to it, which is how I found the site.

It's weird, because his big box on the right shows the ad in its fullest, but the adlinks doesn't, and the 468 in the middle doesn't as well. Makes me wonder if he really violated the TOS on purpose of it was just accidental, or perhaps I was right and he did leave the box alone just to be able to say, "I didn't know, it was an honest mistake!" Curiouser and curiouser...

he should just remove the border and then it would look like part of his site content... I wonder what his CTR is....

It's definitely interesting. I'm guessing that the majority of his revenue is actually from his affiliate links rather than the adsense, although I'm sure he probably gets some people to click those ads.

His search box is also overlapping his text in the centre of the page - at least for me. Perhaps he just has been cursed by overlaps or has no spatial sense. ;)

I think this guys is cheating with google adsense and in my opinion you did the right thing mate, but on the neutral note aren't we suppose to let this guy know before reporting because many in this thread believes that he might not be aware of the whole overlapping thing.

ps: its just a question and im not taking any sides
