    if your site is related, you get a relevant backlink. besides, the page having PR0 will not have PR 0 always. it will get its own PR over time and you will get PR juice in the future.

    The public PR is 0. The actual weight that G gives it already will be higher than that (something like PR1 in my experience). In the next toolbar export, you'll see the updated PR. You should already know this with so many posts around here ;)
