if any body want to buy my domain, wht information i should give?is it enough if i give my account username and password from which i registered.

You can just transfer the domain to his account

If you're listing your domain for sale, you could provide its current registrar, expiry date, how old it is and possible uses for the domain.

If you are transferring a domain to someone, you don't need to give them any details, the bulk of the work happens at your end.
