Hi Folks, I have insurance domain, the site is 10 years old domain no Black hat SEO technique done in past and so far but still I am not able to generate more traffic to my site, I have done following promotional techniques. 200+ Directory submissions 255 articles published to 42 article directories. But in rewards of above efforts I am receiving only 1000 visit per month from Natural searches, even my PPC campaign is driving more traffic, and most of the traffic I receives from Direct search of my domain.com I have very tight budget and wants to generate more traffic from search engines, so what should I do to improve it from 1000 visit per month to 1000 per day. Thanks!
As you know that SEO is an ongoing process and need maintenance. If you are not maintaining then you are going to loose your searchability for specific keywords or keyphrases. If you want to know the mode to enhance your traffic then must read blog by matt cutt or googlegenie blog.
Have a good look at the keywords and the associated rankings. Most of the search engine traffic will come from listings in the top ten results. So are you in there?? If not start working towards it. Since you are also running a PPC campaign you can very well use the data from there to select the best keywords for your website. A lot would depend on the keywords you target. Besides this link building is a good supplement to your overall objective of getting more visitors.
Unique articles? And still no traffic? That's pretty strange... Start a link building campaign and try to get quality backlinks from related sites.
Using just directory submissions your link profile is hardly going to be looking great, spammy at worst. How many pages has your site got, are they all indexed? Are you adding content? Are you contacting good sites in the same niche and offering to write for them?
