SEO for my Website

Hello Webmaster,

I just started a blog called hiphopnote.com. Im a little bit curious and would like to know if im on the right track. I have about 3 months on this blog and my adsense account is still on $0.00. I tried link exchanged with the people on my blogroll but only seen a slight bit of increase on my alexa ranking. My current ranking is 1,465,800. Can some please give me some pointers and put me on the right track. I'm new to this business and I'm very passionate on learning. Any feedback is greatly appreciated.

 

Your blog is good, but still you can improve your blog to get higher rankings..here are some suggestion

- Give unique title meta tags for all the pages
- Try to write some content by targetting your keywords
- Submit your blog to blog directories

Should the post tittle be the same for the page tittle ? When you say write content targeting my keywords, should i use my keywords more often on my post or write more content on each specific keyword ? What blog directories you recommend ?

Quick question on inbounding links. What is the best practice on this ? I was thinking of writting content for ezine article and writting free press release forms. And also, when writting content, does it have to be unique and can it be from one of my previous post on my website ?

I also noticed that my website has 3 meta name="keywords. Is this normal or may it affect me with seo .

and do some off page regular work like

article writing and posting on top article sites
Link Building
Comments on other blogs

this will improve your site traffic and ranking

 

social bookmarking and blog commenting work best - don't even worry about it being dofollow or not

 

quality content, write articles and submit them to article directories, submit your blog to directories, blog commenting, bookmarking , social networking sites , this should keep you busy for a while and if you do it well . this will help your adsense account to get started too

First observe your titles and the keyword density and do the off page methods like bookmark effectively by using diferent titles...
