I recently bought a domain from a marketplace so am really unsure about the real age of this domain, but when I check it's age through several domain age tools I get mixed results:

tool A says it's 5 years old whereas tool B says it's 3 months old?

which tool is the most accurate?

webconfs.com uses the waybackmachine to determine how old your domain is. The Whois is set to zero when the domain is dropped.
